Dave Sussman, Owner & Founder of Redwoods Land Company, formed the company in 2020 when he joined Land Academy. Dave is also the owner of Blue 9 Properties, LLC, which has been in operation since 2018. With Blue 9 Properties, Dave has done multiple deals, including flipping a commercial medical building; an assignment on an SFR, and purchasing and managing several buy & hold SFR rental properties. Now that Blue 9 Properties is primarily a holding company for his rentals, Dave is focusing his attention and intention on Redwoods Land Company. Dave is also a police sergeant with a major metropolitan police department in North Carolina, as well as the father of 7 kids and a dog. His wife, Maria Ximena Sussman is the CFO of Redwoods Land Company. She is also the Managing Attorney & Founder of Sussman Law Firm, PLLC.
